As the City’s largest downtown, waterfront site yet to be developed, Harbor Point will be composed of 3 million square feet of mixed-use space on 27 acres and will be the leading development showcasing Baltimore’s urban renaissance. The neighborhood will feature thoughtfully designed public space including 9.5 acres of waterfront parks and a promenade along the water’s edge.
The new headquarters of Exelon's Constellation business unit (a Fortune 150 company) features a 24-hour trading floor as the energy hub and heart of the planned 350-foot tall, LEED Gold building. The trading floor consists of 65,000 SF with soaring ceilings and a 45,000 SF mezzanine overlooking the sea of traders.
New York-based investment manager Morgan Stanley and Johns Hopkins Medicine International occupy this LEED Gold core and shell, Class-A office building. As the first project built in Harbor Point, it sets the tone for energy efficiency and sustainability for the entire neighborhood.
