Beatty Development Group today announced that preliminary construction activities are now underway for Wills Wharf, the next mixed-use building to deliver at Harbor Point. Wills Wharf is expected to be completed approximately 18 months after construction starts. An official groundbreaking ceremony will be announced at a later date.
Once completed, the 12-story, 330,000 square foot waterfront building will feature 236,000 square feet of class A office space. Beatty Development Group and JLL are currently in final lease negotiations with multiple office tenants and expect to announce new leases for Wills Wharf in the coming months.

Primarily an office building, Wills Wharf will also be the home of Baltimore’s first Canopy by Hilton hotel. The hotel will occupy the top four floors of Wills Wharf, with a first-floor waterfront lobby. The 156-room hotel also features a restaurant with an outdoor terrace on the water’s edge.
The fourth building at the expanding Harbor Point development, Wills Wharf follows 1405 Point, the neighborhood’s first dedicated apartment building, which is currently leasing.
